What data we collect
Only the data you enter in our forms: name, organization, contact details, region or country, and your message. We also store the site language and the time of submission.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to respond to your request, organize tournaments and send the announcements you asked for. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Storage and recipients
Data is stored in a secured cloud database with restricted access for authorized League staff only. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for marketing. We use ipapi.co once to detect your country for choosing the site language; the result is stored only in your browser.
Retention
We keep requests for as long as needed to process them and for no more than 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising cookies. The site stores your language and text-size preferences in your browser’s local storage.
